Make it easy for clients to pay and get your project rolling. You can choose to include the Stripe-powered deposit payment button in your quote. When the client clicks it, they’re taken to a secure Stripe checkout to complete the payment—fast, safe, and seamless. You get paid instantly, with no additional fees.

Clients can accept or decline quotes with a simple click in their portal.

Instant Status Updates

Each quote starts with a default status of Pending, which automatically changes to Accepted or Declined based on their choice. This way, you always have a clear, real-time view of a quote’s status.

Control Quote Visibility

You stay in control of when your client sees a quote. Use the visibility toggle to keep the quote hidden while you prepare or update it—whether that’s at the start of your workflow or whenever it fits your schedule. When you’re ready to share it, simply switch it on and the client will see the final version in their portal.

Quote Automations

Automations to make your admin easier and save time:

  • The project status automatically updates when a client clicks Accept—from Enquiry to Scheduled
  • The quote status updates automatically from Pending to Accepted when your client clicks the button
  • An invoice is automatically generated as soon as the quote is accepted—and you control it’s visibility. If you requested a deposit, the invoice automatically reflects the remaining balance. If no deposit was needed, the invoice will simply show the full total.
  • You can mark the deposit as paid and the deposit paid status shows clearly on the project card and your dashboard
