13. The Template Page

The Templates Page is your personal library for all the written templates you use regularly in your workflow.
It keeps all your commonly used responses, messages, and information in one organised place, making it easy to access, copy, and reuse—saving you time and effort on repetitive admin.

✅ 1. Who Can See the Templates Page

  • The Templates Page is hidden from clients.
  • It’s for your use only, so you can manage your business efficiently behind the scenes.

✅ 2. How the Templates Page is Organised

The page is divided into 5 tabs, and you can rename these tabs to suit your needs.

For example, you might have:

  • Responses to Enquiries
  • Price Lists
  • Lead Time Info
  • Social Media Replies
  • Delivery Instructions

Each tab acts as a category for a group of templates.

✅ 3. Adding Templates

Within each tab, you can add as many templates as you need.

  • Give each template a unique title so you can easily find it when scrolling through the list.
  • Examples of useful templates include:
    • Standard responses for enquiries
    • Price list breakdowns
    • Typical lead time updates
    • Quick social media reply snippets

This makes it simple to reuse your most common wording without typing it out every time.

✅ 4. Viewing & Using Templates

When you click on a template record, it opens in a pop-up view that includes:

  • The full text of the template
  • A one-click Copy button to instantly copy the text for use elsewhere
  • Edit and Delete buttons to manage the template

✅ 5. Why Templates are So Helpful

Templates are especially useful for repetitive admin tasks, such as:

  • Responding to new enquiries with similar answers
  • Sending out standard information like pricing or turnaround times
  • Quickly replying to social media questions

By keeping everything in one place, you can save time, maintain consistency, and respond more quickly.
