The page is divided into 5 tabs, and you can rename these tabs to suit your needs.

- Price Lists
- Lead Time Info
- Social Media Replies
- Delivery Instructions
Each tab acts as a category for a group of templates.
✅ 3. Adding Templates
Within each tab, you can add as many templates as you need.
- Give each template a unique title so you can easily find it when scrolling through the list.

This makes it simple to reuse your most common wording without typing it out every time.

When you click on a template record, it opens in a pop-up view that includes:
- The full text of the template
- A one-click Copy button to instantly copy the text for use elsewhere
- Edit and Delete buttons to manage the template
